The Replenish program is designed to keep you on track with your nutritional goals through a customized guide and continuous support for 3 months. To give you the chance to make nutritional advances for optimal success. What's Included: 1.) An Initial 60 minute Virtual Consultation 2.) A Customized Nutrition Guide - May include grocery list guide, mindful eating techniques, recipe + exercise ideas 3.) 6 Follow up sessions biweekly (45 min each) to re-establish your goals and motivate you throughout the process 4.) Exclusive handouts on nutrition and health topics 5.) Email + Voxer support Monday-Friday to answer questions in-between 1:1 meetings (allow 24 hours for reply) ​ *Cost is $997 (originally $1050). Full balance of payment OR monthly plan option (with $2 up-charge for transaction fees) All sessions are conducted virtually online via ZOOM easily accessed though a link sent to your email. An appointment reminder will be sent prior to scheduled appointment date with detailed information on how to join a session. Monthly payment program available - $333/month for 3 months. (Payments Accepted: Checks made payable to NitaNutrition LLC or Venmo or Credit Card - Invoice sent to email).
